Are you keen to join the HR team at the Ieper site for a period of 6 months and to support the mixing, blow moulding, supply chain, product development teams in domains as recruitment, induction of new employees, learning & development and engagement? Then you are the colleague we are looking for.
Your reponsibilities are:
- You organise and lead monthly HR meetings ; you support and advice line managers on recruitment, absence policy, training plans...
- You recruit both new colleagues and trainees ; you are responsible for the induction of new employees ; you have collaboration interviews
- You organise events to engage our colleagues ; you organise medical visits
- You co-ordinate job descriptions, training plans
- You co-ordinate reporting on agency staff, absenteism, overtime, social fund,...
- You manage invoices
Your profile:
Studies and working experience:

Bachelor degree (business management, communication, HR, languages, legal practice) or equal by experience in HR
Technical skills:

Very good knowledge of Dutch, French & English
