As an account manager, you divide your time between serving your existing customer portfolio and looking for new opportunities. You can expect to:
- You will visit customers and prospects on a regular basis for introductory talks, presentations, etc.
- If necessary, you will enlist the help of our other teams: sales specialists, presales and sales admin, engineering. In this way, we work as one team on the best solutions for the business customers in the large enterprise segment.
- You maintain a solid knowledge of our product portfolio, so that you can talk to customers about both our connectivity and IT solutions.
- You build a good relationship with our strategic partners for security or voice solutions, among others, and agree on a joint approach with them. You participate in events within the organisation and the sector. You also play an active role when specific customer events are organised.
