Job Description

  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
  • Following-up on progress on customer files for invoicing purposes
  • Correctly tracking the billing process
  • Providing periodic reports on outbound invoicing
  • Coordinating with the various Business Managers
  • Reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Good knowledge of English
  • Hands-on
  • Experience of invoice processing is a plus
  • Familiar with classic Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Organized, structured, reliable, trustworthy
  • Dynamic
