YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible for optimizing the onboarding process, ensuring the seamless integration and successful contribution of new team members.
  • You identify learning & development needs and implement tailored programs to enhance employees' skills and performance. Individual development plans are created to foster growth and success.
  • You contribute to designing, improving, and implementing effective HR policies that align with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • You actively engage in employer branding activities to enhance the company's reputation.
  • You organize diverse initiatives, including team-building events, social gatherings, and other programs to foster team spirit and boost employee engagement and motivation.
  • As the primary point of contact, you provide prompt support for HR-related inquiries, effectively address conflicts, and promote a culture of open communication within the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You demonstrate substantial experience attracting and developing talent, preferably within the consultancy industry.
  • You possess a genuine passion for understanding and supporting people. Your strengths include strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to recognize and address individual needs.
  • Your proactive and reliable nature inspires and motivates those around you.
  • You have excellent language skills, with fluency in Dutch, English, and French, enabling effective communication with employees and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 1,5 to 2 days a week
  • Duration: 6 months, possibly longer, as from September
  • Location: Brussels / remote
