Are you an engineering graduate with a passion for cybersecurity? Expleo is excited to introduce our exclusive Graduate Program designed to nurture and develop talented engineers. As our clients in Automotive, Railway and Aerospace face increasing requests for securing European Critical Infrastructures against cyberattacks, we are looking to strengthen our team in this field.

As a beginner in the field, we'll help you learn the tools and technologies you need to be a real pro with a 3-month dedicated Program. We'll also integrate you into our Expleo Academy so you can learn the main soft skills involved in being a cybersecurity consultant.
You'll be surrounded by passionate consultants and a huge desire to involve you in our adventure!
What makes you a successful EXPLEO Young Grad?
- You are a junior candidate with a degree in engineering.
- You are fluent in English and have proficiency in at least one local language (French / Dutch).
- You have a strong passion for cybersecurity and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
- You possess knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- You excel in collaborating and communicating effectively with both team members and non cybersecurity-aware individuals.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and assess risks.
- Your adaptability allows you to thrive in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- You want to invest your time and energy into a long-term project.
