We are currently looking for a Field Services Technician specialized in electronic / electrotechnics and industrial IT / Industrial computing (F/M) based in Wallonie (ideally around Charleroi).
The Field Services Technician, either Inhouse or Field, will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, checks and repairs operations of Sartorius BPS equipment for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches or ensure the maintenance, decontamination and repair Sartorius BPS equipmentManage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
What will convince us
Valuable experience in the field service of sophisticated electronic / electrotechnics and industrial IT / Industrial computing
Associate degree or better in electronics or equivalent technical school
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Good verbal and written command of the English (technical) language and French or Dutch as well
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
You have a good contact with customers, you are organized and self-disciplined. You can work autonomously to set schedules and meet commitments
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
